I was thinking about something. When you wanna pickle onions and you need to cheat because you smoke weed and you forgot to pickle them earlier. You put the onions in the juice and you put the jar or whatever in the vacuum machine and the air is pulled out of the onion and replaced with the juice. So it resembles a curing process.

Is this how the cannatrol works?
Essentially the cannatrol creates a lower rh environment, and allows moisture to start moving out from the bud, and is then discarded into a drip tray…. On the default setting, it will continually lower the rh down to 54%, to get the water out, but not to fast (he talks of a situation that can occur where the outside dries too fast, locking moisture inside the bud, stems…creating an environment for mold)…..then, it slowly brings the rh back up to 60….to slow and eventually stop the process…. It’s just a way to get, and keep moisture moving out…until the desired level is reached. It’s also programmable, so you can adjust the levels to your desired needs….
