Damn inflation!$35! Without the clamps.

Damn inflation!$35! Without the clamps.

Ya i know but depending on provider would depend if u still saw both options or if it was just the newer 5g! I have frontier so figured if he had the same may have both options available still! It doesn't matter what kind of Internet you have, but what kind of Wi-fi network you have.
My Wi-fi network has two Frequency 2.4 gigahertz and 5 gigahertz. I think all my AC Infinity runs on the 2.4 gigahertz

I made the mistake of shopping by price for fans in the past. Some POS sounded like riding in a propeller driven airplane two rooms and two closed doors away. Ms. MOG said NO F'in Way! Then I bought one of the "silencers" mufflers and it helped a little but the sound was from the fan and motor assembly and not the wind. I built a box around the whole thing that was located on the top of the tent at that time. I was able to get to harvest on that first grow but my growing career would be stifled without a quiet fan system. With sound as the primary quality, energy use second I settled on Hyperfan as my choice. The 6" on a small 3x3 tent was sweet and the sound was whisper quiet with only white noise that did not ruffle Ms. MOG's sleep. I am now using an 8" on my 4x6x8 space 192 cubic feet. I have over 1000Watts of light available in that space but rarely use more than 600w. The 8" fan runs mostly around 40%-50% on the automatic climate controller. At this lower speed the fan is very quiet. Yes they cost more up front but you won't be spending the money twice to do the same job quieter.I think I figured out the fan business. The AC infinity S8 and T8 are the same fan, just the T8 comes with the $100 priced controller 69 pro bundled for $50 more than the S8 with no controller. And the AC infinity S8 is only $10 more than the Vivosun T8(no controller) currently. Whereas the Vivosun S8 and Vivosun T8 are actually different build qualities.
AC also infinity sells 25 feet of 8" duct with clamps for $40. So AC infinity's "fan filter combo kit" is really the same price as buying a fan, filter, and ducting individually from them.
I searched 6” on home depot website and the ugly silver foil one was $34.67 for the 25’ size! They had the 10 or 8’ for about half the cost but it is the harder aluminum kind vs soft flexible one! They have 4 and 6" cheap, 8" jumps up in price.
I used to use this chart to help choose the best duct size for furnace installations. Note the difference in airflow between 6" and 8", and between flexible duct and metal duct. They have 4 and 6" cheap, 8" jumps up in price.
AC infinity got some kind of AI controller now too. The T6 and T4 come with a $170(if bought separately) AI controller than yells at you when your VPD is out of whack or something. T8 does not get the AI for some reason...

F dat….save your money and buy a pygmy hippo! You can run more then one tent or zone as they call it FWIW. I thought about one so I can have one controller for 2 tents but haven’t bought one yet
