First time for me. Plants stems have been kind of weak this run. It's my first run in this soil, outdoors in a new country. I've been talking to an older guy right and I think I should add rock dust to my beds. It's weird because I had never even heard about silica for plants just 2 years or less ago, and now I find myself in need of it. I added some silica supplement to the water two days ago and it doesn't seem like it did any harm at least.

It's funny you should say that.... ...I'm looking at my new germs and thinking the same...

I'm looking and thinking I don't know..but they just look a bit weak stemmed to me........I could be wrong....but they look as if they could stumpy to me....

Everything is foxtailing everywhere. Well. Sunlight is free so what can you do.

Could this make the stems weak? Like the foxtailing is metabolizing carbon from the plant? They have to get bricks from somewhere I mean.
