Rasberries are starting to ripen. Plants are loaded this year. Going to eat some these first ones with a bowl of ice cream. yum yum!!

July is my birthday month, yes we celebrate all month because just one day simply is not enough. It started off right with Eggs Benedict. No country potatoes today because I had the baked potato for dinner last night. It turns out I really like the fried zucchini with Hollandaise.
Dinner last night featured a baked potato with copious amounts of butter and Million Dollar Velveeta. I made two batches of the processed cheese yesterday one with 12oz. goat cheddar 4 oz of Midnight Moon and one with 12 oz. of goat cheddar 4 oz. of goat Mozzarella with some Annatto for color. The potato has the latter and it was well Million Dollar Cheese - Delicious. That way I can tell which is which. The chicken sausage was store bought and I grilled it. Ms. MOG made a new cabbage salad with blueberries but you could not taste the berries over the cabbage and dressing. We were out of the dried cranberries she would have normally used. Oh well!

Have you tried Burrata...?....lots of the cook programs have it now...pimped as the king of mozzarella....not dead expensive...under 3 euros...so I got some....eurk....it was horrible....
It was the cheese equivalent of a really snotty egg....eurk....made me gag...
I'll stick to me mozzarella......
