Nah…. I timed it just right….it will come off within the next hour, and rest in a 150f oven for the next 18 hours, if I can hold out that long…. So, that’s 12 hour cook time, 16-18 hour rest….(got wrapped in butcher paper with some smoked tallow around the eight hour mark)….

Don’t worry, I burn myself on a regular basis, with all the cooking and what not…

I did recently burn part of my beard off….while trying to light a joint in the wind

I burned my eyebrows off and facial hair that didn't even exist fucking with a propane grill as a kid. Smelled terrible and burned forever
