Talk about some bullshit @WildBill !!! While all the Texas politicians were bitching over banning thc-a stuff they quietly passed a bill banning flavored nicotine vapes imported from china so a huge swath of brands are no longer gonna be available! Fuckers trying to get us back on nasty ass cigarettes i guess!

There's ways around that NY did that long time ago banned all flavored vapes

Of course they are. They don't give two shits about you, but when their billionaire friends that owned stock in tobacco and alcohol companies started complaining, they backpedaled like a motherfucker on the will of the people.

Same thing tried to happen here in Ohio. We voted and home grow and THC became legal. Then our state reps started getting their greedy little fuck fingers in things and they started trying to get rid of home grow even though we'd voted on it and started trying to cut back how much THC percentage could be sold, even though we voted on it. We were told "oh, you didn't really know what you were actually voting for."

Fuck you, I absolutely did know what I voted on. Unlike those pieces of shit, I actually read the laws being passed before I go vote on them.

We don’t have the option to get it on a ballot for a statewide vote here!

I’m pretty sure our governor vetoed the ban on the THCA stuff but I haven’t been reading to stay updated on it since I don’t mess with that stuff anyway anyways!

So upon actually doing a google search it seems that the governor vetoed the thca bill and the one for vapes didn’t pass….according to AI! The same search tho said geekbar is experiencing a nationwide shortage due to crazy tariffs on the most recent batch of imports with nobody wanting to pay them and then it said manufacturing issues plus FDA crackdown on unauthorized vapes have caused a shortage! The dude at this last shop said its actually a bunch of brands he is having issues getting in! They normally have 40+ pulse X flavors and they had 4 today!

They banned flavored everything here. Even menthol cigarettes. Think it goes into effect next year
