For most of us pepper peeps, even the mere habaneros require thinning out. Most of the commercial stuff that is labelled with these super hot names contain only a small portion of the hot peppers, and lots of other stuff including carrots, etc.

I make my own habanero sauce, and mixed 50/50 with mild pepper sauce (both fermented separately and mixed later) it is more than hot enough for any of the peeps that have tried it. It makes me sweat just fine. Actually, it makes me sweat twice. Once when eaten, and again later. :crying:

Coloidal Silver was a health fad here 20 years ago. Make it fresh yourself when you need it 🙂

Initial cost is only a few dollars, and you know when it was made.

3×9v batteries (27v)
Alligator clips, wire
2 pcs pure Silver wire as electrodes
Glass jar with non-metal lid
Distilled water
A few hours of time

Holes in the lid to keep the electrodes apart.

That's it! Easy peasy
I used it successfully for several years, but have moved on to STS now.

Mine is just fermented peppers and salt, but some garlic sometimes, and mango others depending on mood. But nothing of any quantity, it is pretty much pure pepper mash. Very tasty. I like the idea of a bit of smoke, perhaps the next batch. :pighug:
