For most of us pepper peeps, even the mere habaneros require thinning out. Most of the commercial stuff that is labelled with these super hot names contain only a small portion of the hot peppers, and lots of other stuff including carrots, etc.
I make my own habanero sauce, and mixed 50/50 with mild pepper sauce (both fermented separately and mixed later) it is more than hot enough for any of the peeps that have tried it. It makes me sweat just fine. Actually, it makes me sweat twice. Once when eaten, and again later.
