Cole has already said that he is in favor of rescheduling. I think Trump is going to tell him to hurry up and get it done, before Congress does something stupid and screws it up!
If he hurries up and gets it done quickly, It could definitely influence the legislation in Texas special session.
The Texas Senate has spit out another Danny Patrick debacle SB5, which is just a duplication of SB3 from the regular session.
I kind of doubt that it will pass the House and fairly sure that it will pass a Senate, but it won't pass the governor's desk and they will not have a veto proof vote.
Like I've said before, I think if the feds reschedule it , the morons down in Austin should have a less legal Standing To outlaw all this .
