I did a classic yesterday night... ...I only got 3.15 hours sleep....and managed to sleep in.........

I could hear hubby going out with Gus and just couldn't wake myself up...

Peanuts are grown underground...and can carry a mold that doesn't get destroyed by cooking.... ...

Part of our avoiding allergens diet is no nuts grown underground...only nuts that grow on trees...

And tree nuts in our area are cheap..great quality..and available.


BTW...in your home country...did you use iodised salt..(table salt)...?...

Yeah, iodine in the salt back there. I have always used natural salts but I've eaten out etc.
Peanuts is the worse. I'll stay clear of those too.
I bought some raw nuts on the market and steamed them and roasted myself with some coconut oil and salted them. It turned out nice. I should stay away from the snacks department. It's the E621 sucking me in.
