If you want to eat lobster, but aren’t sure about it… make New England style lobster rolls…. Find a recipe online. Super good…I never thought I'd be into it, but I am. I've done lobster tail once, as a teenager. That's the next one to tackle (that almost qualifies as a fishing pun!) I don't know about this "crawfish" thing though.

No idea what it was but his mom would go to the vietnamese market to shop and one thing that i loved was this kinda sweet sausage she would cut into tiny slices and cook up and put it with some white rice! At Stanley's Welcome Bar on the beach in Cane Garden Bay, Tortola they had spiny lobster tails split in half, buttered, and broiled. Pretty easy to do. Fun fact: in Bahamas the locals call spiny lobsters "bugs."
