I never thought I'd be into it, but I am. I've done lobster tail once, as a teenager. That's the next one to tackle (that almost qualifies as a fishing pun!) I don't know about this "crawfish" thing though.

I wonder if there's this guy on here, with a new cookbook, that has a good recipe... :pass:
If you want to eat lobster, but aren’t sure about it… make New England style lobster rolls…. Find a recipe online. Super good…

Nope, you’re right.. fookin banging with some old bay seasoning :headbang:
No idea what it was but his mom would go to the vietnamese market to shop and one thing that i loved was this kinda sweet sausage she would cut into tiny slices and cook up and put it with some white rice! It was f-ing delicious but no idea what the meat was to try and shop for some!

At Stanley's Welcome Bar on the beach in Cane Garden Bay, Tortola they had spiny lobster tails split in half, buttered, and broiled. Pretty easy to do. Fun fact: in Bahamas the locals call spiny lobsters "bugs."

Was it a cured sausage (dry, like pepperoni)?

This sounds most like it but haven’t tried looking up a pic of it!

I definitely remember it had a sweet taste to the sausage!

I remember the white rice we ate it with was super sticky! Never really thought about it til i saw the description about preparing it with sticky rice and i remember i could easily eat it with chopsticks….and to this day i suck at using chopsticks!
