Did u take up drinking again?Still got a couple hours, waiting for the internal temp to rise from 173 to about 200-205….then a wee rest…then dig in…. I’m having a baked sweet potato and a coors light to tide me over

I’m realizing I should have harnessed my superpower (insomnia) and started these short ribs when it was still dark out
