I let most spiders I encounter inside live. I also never ever see ants, roaches, etc….and flys rarely survive the night. And no, I don’t get bitten…:headbang:

Good morfnoevight all you TGIF stoners.

Those peppers are beautiful, you should pickle them. I don't know who could eat them. They are much too hot for me. I am pickling pepperoncini today. I had to go without the grape leaves this time because the farmer texted this morning that his back is out and he cannot unlock the gate for me. It does not matter if they are tough because they are in the jar for tannin not to eat. The tannin is said to help remain crisp. I am thinking of planting a single grapevine as I use them in my pickled cucumbers also. I do like Sarma and don't make it very often because you do need fresh tender leaves for them.

The first six jars are in the Sous Vide holding precisely at 182°F for 30 minutes to pasteurize them. I went ahead and bought the Anova tank. It is double walled stainless steel. It reached temp fast. it will hold 11 pints but I got 12 today. Since I don't have to watch it, it is easy peasy to do 2 batches.

Fried chicken and grilled cabbage for dinner last night. No pictures because I was doing battle with Amazon's ID verification that simply won't work on any of my devices? :cuss: I have purchase a new Web/document cam to connect to my PC so I can finish my application - I hope!

Ham and cheese omelet, granola, mycelium and banana. The Espresso was so good this morning, it is a Brazil/Rwanda blend roasted fullcity+ 9 days off the roast.
