Worth a read...family lore back this one.....
And this one is astonishing.......part of my research on wegovy/munjaro has been price....if it is a panacea...how affordable is it...?..and it is quite pricey..
I looked before the September UK price hike...so at the time I was looking..
Either of the two main brands start up dose in Asda UK were £120.00
Spain start up dose around 250 euros... (which is more expensive than the exchange rate..)
And in the US..it was $1600 a month if you got it through your health insurance..which is extortionate...but I haven't had that confirmed by a US user......
Bring it down to £20 a month...and the actual food saving cost over a month might make it a necessity........for all of us poor people on a fixed income....
@Mossy how much time should you spend outdoors every day to get your vitamin D? I don't supplement but I eat eggs every day pretty much. When I fart it smells like old pastry.
Lucky you...with your winter light levels and outdoor life style...it is only around 15 minutes a day...plus...from what I've read..the most valuable sun time is mornings and you exercise early mornings...
Sun salutations......I like 15 minutes in the morning...with my eyes shut...I heard something about sun play on the back of your eyelids......and deep breathe...force the air exchange to the bottom of your lungs....
