Me too, all handcrafted and everyone an individual, they also use quite expensive materials for the handle. I got big eyes the instant I saw it the showcase and the moment I held it in my hand I was absolutely clear I had to buy it. Then I was 170 Euro-bucks poorer... and that was a fair price no tourist rip off ^^

there's also this strange thing called "food cycle" I think... all this plastic shit is ending up in ourselves in the end... micro plastics go throgh the blood barrier and nano plastics go everywhere even the brain, hooray ^^

phagocytes in our immune system also accumulate that plastic shit, produce H2O2 to "digest" it as they usually do, but plastic is indigestable for them, causing chronic effects

Still love my "cuchillo canario" I bought on Canary Islands holiday a few years ago. Hand made, very well balanced and is intended as usable for everything from cutting tomatoes and shaving your beard to hacking down your banana trees on your plantage ^^

(blade is about 7", I use it as my favourite kitchen knife)
