Is that crustless bread? Did you cut it off or do you buy it like that. The crust is the best part!
No it is a Trader Joe's GF English Muffin. I slice them into four slices, each half in half to reduce the carb load. They are not sourdough but they are very light and they do toast well. I just don't toast them often unless I plan on slathering them with jam or marmalade. They are very good. I slice all my bread in half. I have become very proficient at it.

You may think differently if u were also eating gluten free bread! ;) :crying::pighug:
You people are living in the past. I have found many very good GF breads, pastries, cakes, tortillas. I also bake great GF Sourdough English Muffins in the winter. My Sourdough starter got infected and died this summer. Our house is too hot and it does not do well in the fridge. I have a frozen starter to get my pot going again as soon as the house cools off in a couple of weeks. Then there is the Indulge Right GF Bakery not far from home with all manor of bakery goods including great sourdough bread. The chocolate chip cookies are sinful.
That is true, my ex used to get gluten free bread, theres a brand, forgot the name, but if you dont toast it you'd never know. It takes like 4 cycles in a damn toaster though.

Between these two products most sandwiches are covered and if I didn't tell you they were GF you would never guess!

I am so full of pizza I had to take insulin twice :haha:

The new Jimnys I think do all right, think @Mossy drives one of those.

Love me Jimmy... :headbang: .. small 4x4 ..but you put her in low gear she'd suck a sailor off your sister... according to hubby.....

We've been commandeered by the police to pull vehicles off the road after the ice storm...... we've pulled a flat bed truck sunk up to it's axles in the pine forest..she didn't manage the huge camper van out of the pines...but the rope wouldn't take the weight of it...

Funnily..the garage guy really coverts her..it gets me mad...:crying:..he says she's a Special..but we don't know why..
(We guess because she was one of the last of the old number plates..or.. because we wanted an Automatic it had to be imported..coz they don't make automatics in the UK )

Anyway..last time she was at the garage..he phoned hubby up and offered him 12,000 euros for it...which ..with the current exchange rate..is about exactly what we paid for it......24 years ago.. £10,000..

Bizzare huh..,?...:pass:..

Really odd...but if you look at an ordinary car from 24 years ago..you See their age...but you don't with the Jimmy...coz the design never changed...until recently..

Much as I'd LOVE a new one....I think at my age I'd kill their street cred.........and.......I'd have to win the bloody lottery......:crying:
