Just wanted to say thanks! Trying to go back and document prior grows, finding out I can export my notes from this android pretty easily (Only had android for a few months was apple for 15 plus years prior). This makes this whole process easier. Now maybe I can get a format to put it all in for saving locally with pictures and notes. I would have never attempted to compile this stuff without the support from here. It will be really nice when finished to have ORGANIZED information to fall back on! :yay:

I am actually thinking it would be easiest in a power point format for local saving? Any thoughts? Need some easy way to format with pictures and words, power point seems the easiest to me. Eventually I think it would be nice to have a chart as well so I can document weekly averages or something. I need a good template for this.
I use Samsung Notes. You can have images texts and audio, voice typing and depending on your hardware, ink to text.

What it doesn't do is tables.

Microsoft ONENOTE lets you do almost everything but it's online.

This is what one page of my grow log looks like in Google Sheets, a page for each grow:

Good starting point here. It's by far perfect but chatgpt did it halfway okay to get an idea for an easy grow report. And btw run that pdf through chat gpt and ask for powerpoint fillable file. There you go. I run out of actions for free , so maybe you costomize and generate rest yourself.
Appreciate this. Downloaded it and will look into it. I was already on the same boat ran my notes through Grok and it has done a good job so far.

I did not know samsung notes had so many things it could do. I use a galaxy s25 but rarely use the pen, mainly stays for my daughter to color with when out and about. AI was pointing me toward obsidian but I didn't like it not being able to sync without payment between PC and phone. Currently looking at joplin now for this task locally. Will report back or in my grow journal what I end up with.
