Hey, most of those old school machines work just fine. The shop where I have have some bending done on a few of my aluminum projects has lots of old stuff, and it is still doing the job many decades after new. Sometimes the operator is the key, not so much the age of the hardware, not that that is news to you. You might be glad to be working with the old stuff if you dealt with software frustration on the new gear, it must drive some outfits nuts. As well as making jobs for IT peeps to try to keep stuff working.
Anyway, being the curious old bugger that I am, a tour of your shop would be really entertaining.![]()
Yeah that's for sure the plasma tables gives me enough fits it is the only thing computer controlled we got. I'd give ya tour if you were ever in the area
