I never moved to another state. But I would think u can register it at either the PennDot website or possibly a notory cause they do tags and transfers.
Infact, I would really think u need to hit up a Notory.

Went to a notary in NJ yesterday for the title and they had no idea what I was talking about. Told me to go to a penndot place and ask them

Well not to brag, but we pay an extra .60 cents a gallon for bigger pot holes, cause we partial to driving in figure eights. Anyone can go straight.

They're definitely not spending the extra cash on painting lines on the roads I can actually see, or using reflective paint, or actual reflectors on the streets. Feel like I'm driving in the dark around here. Might need to upgrade my headlights now

I paid $2.15 today! Didn’t take a pic tho! We do have shit loads of potholes tho! This state only time roads get fixed is when a private company is coming in and making toll lanes on the highway! Non highways until cars are falling in they just leave them! Cheap ass bastards!

well we been a few billion under funded on our teachers pensions, so we hafta cut back on the luxuries a touch.

Its even worse when u can barely see the lines plus being in a little ford focus cuz anthing from a small suv up to a truck and the headlights are at eye level blinding me coming at me! And newer headlights are fucking blinding! No idea how its illegal to have my bright lights on in my ford when they are a fraction the brightness of newer vehicles standard headlights!

I been trying to get the wife to give up her Durango, but she has the same concern about headlight level in something smaller.
