When I was trying to be all carb free and keep my sugars around 80 if i wasnt eating nonstop id get tired. Couldn't really work that way

Sounds like you needed to increase your fat intake, along with electrolytes. In a low/no carb diet your energy comes from dietary fat….since you’ve taken the carb/sugar source away. Also, the increased fat will keep you fuller longer.I don't know how you have the energy to walk

He likes to put his front feet up on my lap….makes him feel tall…plus it’s his way of coming over to see how I’m doing.
