Gallons are actually more expensive. Also, I don't have to pay a 10 cent deposit on each bottle when purchased in Washington. I return them in Oregon making the cost of the water 19 cents for 5 gallons.

That's too much work! If your tap water is no good an RO system would pay for itself pretty quick.

I paid $.39 a gallon to refill jugs with reverse osmosis water from the machines inside walmart! And it is way easier and more convenient than using small bottles! Mine was only like 40 bucks or something like that…
I gotta get one, I've been paying $1.39 / gallon to drink distilled water. My tap water is excellent (130-140 ppm) but it has a few ppm of lead.
Don’t drink distilled or ro water on a regular basis. The lack of minerals will cause your body to leach minerals from your bones to compensate… not good for anyone, but for sure not good for a youngster such as yourself…
