Have you considered a Souse Vide? Almost no smell or mess, and its easy to store. Decarb then infuse in the same disposeable bag (or jar, not as good)

Sous Vide immersion cooker $100
Vacuum Sealer and bags $60
A big pot of water you probably have already

They don't get as hot so decarb takes longer but set it forget it. It doesn’t need a lot of babysitting.

Sous vide only gets to like 185 i think depending on the wattage! Not intended for cooking much! More reheating precooked meals!
