@PinkyNotTheBrain ..are you charging high glucose levels...have you found anything effective to drop the glucose levels...?..

Looks like hubby has a problem..docs got him on a 3 test thing to assess him and I was wondering if I could manipulate it a bit for him with food..?..
Keeping in mind im also on insulin, cinnamon seems to help with keeping it steady. But u need to work kind of a lot into your diet.
Lots and lots of fiber. Like i can pretty much have the whole head of broccoli or cauliflower at dinner.
Tea and coffee seem to have a compounding effect with the food i eat . If I wait a bit til my blood sugar comes down after my caffeine i can eat carbs and stay steady if i eat them too close together it spikes like i ate twice as much and stays high all day.
Slamming down a few glasses of water also brings my sugar down fairly quick if i happen to have an unexpected spike
I don't know how much this helps or if its what you were looking for:shrug:

Happy new year crew. I indulged with extra sugar last night. We went to bed at 10 and wifey woke up at midnight to the boomers.
She brought our sidekick to bed since she was upset. I slept right through it all waking up at 7am.:coffee: IMG_7395.jpeg

Running 2 Agromax Pure UV T5 bulbs full time. I have them mounted to the grow light frame, pointing up to maximize the diffusion.

After some reading I didn't feel that LED provided enough spectrum vs the fluorescent.

VS LED:

Careful with those. The UV is strong enough to hurt your eyes permanently and quickly from what I've read. I'd just make sure they are off if I was poking my head in the tent.
