I need to start making edibles.

Currently I decarb 2 zips of decent flower and produce 750 ml of tincture. 3ml will knock you on your ass for half a day.

Not sure if I can make edibles with the same degree of efficiency, but its worth a try.

Health issues do not allow me to smoke, so its tincture or edibles.
My arithmetic suggests that your tincture should be something like 1.5 mg/ml, which suggests that your 3ml is roughly a 5mg total dose. I am surprised that that dose does the job, but if it does, that is easily contained in a small gummy. However, I do not know whether you can make an extract strong enough to dose a small gummy without either starting with concentrate from a press or other process, or removing some of the alcohol from your tincture, if indeed it is an alcohol tincture rather than oil. If your process requires 750 mls of alcohol or oil to process 2 oz of flower, you would have to do something other than a small gummy which is only ~1-3 mls or so total, so it will not hold 3 mls of your tincture.

You should be able to make brownies or muffins or the like with material that strong. Just make canna butter as strong as can be done (ie. the minimum volume that will extract from 2oz effectively). The less volume of oil, the more options for how you use it to make edibles with. I have not gone down that road because I mostly use the stuff for sleep, and can't eat much before bed due to gastric reflux. I tried gummies from rosin from my press, but that did not work out that great, maybe because I can't use sugar due to other medical stuff.

Likely someone else here can advise on how to make canna butter good for larger edibles. You could also use your existing tincture for larger edibles, just adjust the recipe so one serving has 3mls of your stuff in it. Good luck with it. :pighug:

RSO is super easy to make.

Just run weed through a coffee grinder. Put in a jar. Fill with Everclear. Let sit overnight in your freezer.

Drain into a rice cooker. Turn on rice cooker outside. Let go until all you have left in the rice cooker is RSO goo. Suck up with a syringe.

You can store the RSO for years in your fridge, and its easy to add a few ml to a batch of brownie batter.

That's the thing.... I would be shocked if this is 5mg in 3ml. If I had the right equipment I would cause it to crash out of solution and find a way to weigh it. I am using 75.5% ethanol/water solution as solvent, and generally the chunks of flower steep in the solvent for months after initial extraction.

I have tried 25mg edibles not too long ago (while I was still able to get them) and the effect is about the same.
