Tastier stuff can be made with a far briefer soak, but likely less yield. See https://ichibancrafter.com/RSO is super easy to make.
Just run weed through a coffee grinder. Put in a jar. Fill with Everclear. Let sit overnight in your freezer.
Drain into a rice cooker. Turn on rice cooker outside. Let go until all you have left in the rice cooker is RSO goo. Suck up with a syringe.
You can store the RSO for years in your fridge, and its easy to add a few ml to a batch of brownie batter.
If you don't want to vacuum the alcohol, you can just rice cooker it as described. The resulting concentrate will be less nasty than RSO, but I have never made edibles with RSO, so am not sure whether the taste is an issue. Make sure that you do the rice cooker process with lots of ventilation, the fumes coming out of it are, to put it mildly, easily ignited. Certainly never do it anywhere near an open flame. The rice cooker has a thermostatic control and the electrical contact may not be ignition protected, so it could result in an explosion or fire if fumes build up around the base of the cooker. My advice is do it outdoors on the deck with a fan directed at it.
