@Azton :bighug:..one for you...I know you like your sugar connection. Stephen Fry directly associates early sugar addiction to tobacco then later cocaine addiction.

Imo..that is not such a strange connection ..:headbang:

Nope, I agree. I have thought a lot about out culture how we make kids addicted to sugar and then use the addiction against them to control their behavior. It's crazy once you start thinking about it. It's like the gangs do when they get girls hooked on smack and then use it to control them to do whatever.
I have worked with almost exclusively food for hospitals and schools since I got here and "we" the corporation, is putting these addictive chemicals that act just like sugar in the brain, in the food to make people eat more and think of the meal as "better". It. Is. Nuts. I'm not even kidding.

Also Mossy while I have you on. Iodine. I have recently started dropping like 20 shrimps in my tortillas. I read that they contain a shitload of iodine. What's you thoughts on that?

One perfect example is Pringles. They taste like hobo ass and every sane person knows this. But, you can't stop eating them. This is what it does, chemicals are added to hobo ass flavor and they communicate with your brains reward Centra and it signals you that this is awesome keep eating.

:pighug: listening to your belly brain huh...?...:bravo:..well done you..

Guess what I have been craving too..?...prawns and mussels...Indulge yourself...:d5:..part of your meds this time of year.

I'm trying not to overdose..coz I'm on a 3 month blood check for low thyroid function...I don't want to queer up the results.

Iodine is dirt cheap in Spanish supermarkets..it is our go to protection for any skin breaks with working on the land.

It is also skin absorbable...so you can dose by rubbing it on your skin.

Also..there is food grade iodine on Amazon..so you can dose up.

I had an infected tooth/gum and rubbed iodine on it a couple of times a day..I felt a system boost with that...:headbang:

This last year I have been very careful with supplements, doing my best with food. Chicken liver costs nothing here for example, and lots of eggs and fats. My belly brain works a lot better. Today I want cabbage. I don't particularly like cabbage but with some extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar and some sea salt it's not bad.

I found that protein powder spiked my insulin violently and I also understood that I'm a middle aged stoner, I'm not an athlete, lol, so I quit that and along with that ashwagandha, tongkat ali, some effing ground up garden grass they sold as a greens powder and other shit. Now I have noticed how much better my body feels if it has to use my own microbial system to dig for nutrition. Much like a plant.

Also I poop much better.

BTW..a cheap fitness tracker Might give you an early warning..my resting heart beat and my blood pressure went down like a stone between Aug and September.. :headbang: ..I can't say the uplift has anything to do with the prawns.....but in the same timeframe..:headbang:

It's the heat also, don't you think? Like we were exposed to it for so long that when it started to give in our bodies just gave up. That's what it felt like for me. I felt strong all through the heatwave bicycling for hours almost every day. Then crash.

Heat and light levels IMO... :headbang: .. when we first started coming I looked at different ideas as to why my pain levels dropped by about 30% when we were here.. compared to the UK.
Less stress..better Mediterranean diet.. drier climate..?...

Then realised...I felt the Lift almost as soon as I stepped off the plane... difference in heat and light levels.. Immediate...:pass:
