It will be a thread here on the forum; I was using our Forms add-on to help limit the posting on it. Basically a thread gets created, you click a link to the form, click a button for your entry, and it creates a reply in a locked-thread.

Since posts are numbered in each thread, it creates a trail of Post #2 through whatever it ends on. No duplicates (or very low chance unless the software glitches, but Frank will be on them like Bill Cosby and the latest flavor of Jello Jigglers.)

Then when it ends, the form locks (so you can't enter anymore,) and we'll do a random # generator to pick from the entries (#2 through whatever.)
