Chicken is cheap protein in the EU. It costs like prime beef ribeye did 4 years ago. Not to be bitter but.

Good Morning Friends.......off to the city for my 6 week post surgery checkup.........I get my driving privileges back today as well. You have no insurance if you get caught driving within 6 weeks of a knee replacement. I'll probably let the wife drive anyway so I can medicate and nap. Hoping for a good report........

Have you done chicken in it yet? I bet some smoked thighs would be really good, since they’re a hot and fast cook, rather than low and slow…..
I did chicken wings for me and a piece of white fish for hubby....it was done in no time... nicely colored and flavoured....hubby took one pick of fish and went...uuurgh... it's all smokey......
...so I haven't bothered since..Chicken wings went the same way....I cooked them to absolute crispy skin perfection....
...gave them a light coating of mango chutney and sea salt....Magical..his verdict... totally bland...
When I looked he had pulled off all the crispy delicious skin and discarded it...
....waste of my time......So I just knock it off the menu....
...too long in the tooth to get annoyed about it............................................much....
