Highly recommend a sous vide. You can make big batches of food and freeze it individually. Then just throw them in the hot tub for an hour. Here's 4 freezer bags full of "Italian gravy". 140 sous vide for an hour until infinity and you got a bangin dinner with no effort. My anova cooker has been running about weekly for around 10 years

I suppose I can find a place to put it when it is not in use. I have a very small place now. It is all I can afford in today's market. The house itself is awesome, and I have access to all of it, but my personal space is really limited.
