Surf for me Turf for Ms. MOG. I bought her a dry aged Rib Eye and cooked it rare for her on the grill. This is the first time I have grilled my lobster. It was easier than under the broiler and easy to cook to the perfect 125°F then with a short rest it hit 130°F. The only problem just not enough meat for me. When I hit 1000 books sold I am going to get some BIG lobster tails to celebrate.

Breakfast sausage, Praeger's Mushroom Risotto patty and egg with Mycelium, yogurt, granola and Blueberries. The espresso was Brazil/Rwanda roasted almost Vienna - so good!
