The staff care center. We have (out of date or something) food and snacks and drinks we are free to enjoy on location and a gym, sauna and a lounge area. In Scandinavia its quite common with these but in Portugal and Spain it seems uncommon for normal employee level. It's brilliant in the amount of sick days the gym alone saves the company.

Wow...I Wish I could turn employers into that kind of thinking... ...look after your staff...and they in return will reward you with loyalty and increased health.

You are a lucky boy.....here..and I suppose coz we are in a high tourist area..you are Lucky to get any kind of permanent contract..taxes to employ anyone in Spain are absolutely prohibitive.

Yeah, thats part of why they want to move employees they already have here to not having to employ new people as much.

First time I have seen this.... .. products made with diatomaceous earth added.. guessing it's for it antibacterial actions.

They had kitchen type rubber mats the same...bloody Normals stealing our product.......

How the hell it managed to get up a 3ft tall plastic tub I'll never know.......but I'm not arguing with it.....

That was fascinating. The time people put in. And money. It's crazy. I am impressed big time.

Cars suck you in though. I had an old Suzuki 4x4 from 85 I went through hell with rebuilt the gearbox, welded a rollbar, installed a liftkit, and the last year I installed a GTI-engine.
For the money over the years I could have gotten a Jeep limited off roader.
But I had a good time.

Don't worry. I'm sure you would have done the same things to the jeep.
