Though I should admit I have not driven much, if at all, for several years now. I am pretty sure my health conditions would interfere with my ability to drive safely and I refuse to intentionally take that chance.
With that said, I lived for 13 years in north new jersey, and 13 more in the northern virginia/DC area. I think it is safe to say I have had some degree of exposure to really really bad drivers.

I can hear @Mossy groan as I type this, but we're bringing back the High Team, which a big part of us just making sure threads are gone through, posts are liked, and helping to make sure growers questions get answered, or at least tagging in someone who might know something (I dunno though, that might exclude some of this lot
)

Building the lasagna for tonight and MREs that will go in the freezer.
Spread sauce on the bottom of the pan,
Add a layer of oven ready GF noodles a little more sauce and the Sautéed Portabella mushrooms. Sautéed in butter and olive oil flavored with Marsala and Madeira wines a touch of salt.
Add Goat Mozzarella cheese and more sauce.
Add a layer of noodles and lots of sauce.
Top that with grilled Italian Sausage and more Mozzarella
add another layer of noodles and sauce.
Top that with Goat Crumble and Parsley wilted with pressed garlic in butter and olive oil add a layer of noodles
Top with lots of sauce
Spread it around even then add the final layer of Mozzarella and Pecorino Romano
It is going to take 1.5 to 2 hours to bake in a 350°F oven.
Ps. I used Roa's Marinara sauce.
