Every time I think about switching to organic I talk myself out of it because of the pain in the ass factor

I have tried most ways of growing this stuff, started with coco, and then tried lots of other approaches other than full hydroponic without medium. Now back to coco, and staying there. For me, it is a hell of a lot more controllable, predictable, and productive than organic. And the weed all seemed to work the same. Coco, and automated top fertigation for me.

Maybe promix ain’t so bad

It actually works very well, just a bit more subject to overwatering than coco, which is why I prefer coco. Also a perfect start for mixing up your own organic soil if that is your game. Way back in the beginning when I tried outdoors, I used promix and salt nutes, and got a good harvest, although I fought mold. @cavedirtcody did some super grows using it with salt nutes indoors, but he hasn't been around for a bit.
