U ever tried ?When I can’t sleep, I do laying meditation… it’s like getting 25% sleep. It’s rest, but not sleep. If my mind is racing to much for that, I check afn for twenty minutes and try again.
It helps, not as good as sleeping of course…but it helps in the way meditation helps. Seems like bullshit at first but after a year of doing I started noticing differences, so I’ve just kept it up. Been almost two years doing it this way regularly, along with another couple before that where the meditation was basically a last ditch effort![]()
