Funny how some people can sleep like they’ve got a button in their ass, that anytime they sit or lay, they can easily fall and stay asleep…. While others spend a lifetime trying to get the bare minimum amount of sleep…. :doh: :pass:
 
Oh..I forgot..:doh: Dr Rinds temperature chart..:headbang:.. cheap and easy way to check your metabolic health.



Looks complicated...but it is just take your temperature 3 times day for a week..write it down..and compare readings.

All hibernators and insomniacs should check this one...

Theory...your metabolic rate is dropping so low you are not sleeping...you are going into Tupor..like a hibernating bear because your body core temperature is dropping below 35C..where they start treating you for hypothermia.

Average deep sleep needed 1-2 hours a night to feel good...?....

Deep sleep 22 minutes...and that is a good long sleep for me...so more to do with the Stages than the sleep hours.

Explains why sometimes you get up more tired than when you went to bed.....:coffee2:
