If you were closer I'd give you a glug of my homemade aloe Vera .......it cured hubbys acid reflux..and he was a chronic sufferer.
Drunk gaviscon like water..and snored enough to wake the dead...

I fillet the leaves and wizz it with water...2 big leaves make a pint.. ..you want a good tablespoon full...or a good swallow...just not sure how you can make a small bit....

I’ll try this out cuz I’ve been popping omeprazole and tums like tic tacs to no avail, been having to sleep on the couch sitting up so the acid doesn’t fuck with me

When I got off all those VA pills (opiates, benzodiazepines, etc)…. The one I had the hardest getting rid of was Omeprazole…. Took years to successfully get off it because of the rebound reflux effect….
