I doubt it I don't think it's legal to ship clones but I have no clue I've only seen seeds on site. I cloned these my self from these mothers

Clones have been legal to mail for as long as seeds have. The whole "no THC content thing"... New rules take effect middle of next November. They even sell mailers with built in LED lights for transport. I wouldn't trust it, but I was super nervous ordering seeds the first dozen times

When i was actually active on IG most growers on there did photos and most of them just mailed cuttings vs trading seeds! And ya if its in veg doesn’t seem like it would have any thc content but not like i have ever had leaves tested for thc!

I've seen one company mailing clones in US only but they are over $100 each, plus the mailer.

There are a couple of guys localy who sell clones but they don't ship them. They do verify potency and disease free status. I've had no issues with them.

One of them is exploring live tissue culture. Pretty steep learning curve he says, and getting rooted plants takes a long time but you could have hundreds of strains stored in a little box.

Seems to me that the traditional cuttings is much quicker but you need all that space to keep the mothers!

I've been on the fence with these seeds. But the cross loses that special romulan pine that seduced me. But the medical value looks great!
