I think most people would recommend not defoliating autos. Much less time to recover. You can try tucking them under flowering sites.
Yeah i was rethinking the defoliation, soon the male with be spewing its spunk and I can get rid of him then that will leave room to reposition the plants and I can do some training with some string to get those tops right where I want them.. Thanks for the heads up, I didnt know not to defoliate the autos, I did a minor defoliation a little over a week ago and it was just the stuff on the very bottom of the plants.
