Indoor LST done right?

Hey everyone.

I'm on my first grow, day 19, and I've tried LST for the first time. I'd like to know if it seems right, since I was unsure about how to proceed. Millions of videos showing many different methods. note: the one that's slightly less bended was stunned a couple days ago so I've been easy on her so far.

Anyway, here are the pics, tell me what you think. Also, am I right to bend them away from the light? will the leaves turn back towards it?

Well let her grow a Lil more brother then tie her down. Then keep bringing the top down as u go and guide the new vines toward the light and tie em down as they grow

Try to bend her round the pot.. Use only the outside and on the end in middle.

Seems like an interesting technique! Is the veg stage long enough to produce a nice circle?

Its depend on how tall ur plant go..
My other plant is the same and its 70cm tall

Disagree. The earlier you can start training them the better. Pretty much as long as you're not harming the plant, you're doing LST right.

This picture is so wrong for autos. You can't fill whole pot in circle like on picture, if you have bigger pot. Also half of pot is then empty, and the other half full, plus main cola which is bigger on autos.
I start my LST around 25 days, then you have something to train. First 14 days you don't have enough plant mass to proper train.

I suggest when you bend main cola down, bend other colas in other direction to form T or Y.

Yea, Ihave found it best to begin traing when I have 3 or 4 nodes,,
