I am currently growing 10 autos(5xsourspyder,5xjock horror auto) under the sol9 900w led in a 5x5 closet. I am approaching 4 weeks from seed this Saturday and started lst 5 days ago. They are reacting wonderfully, side branches are as tall or taller than the top and growing vigorously. As my next watering approaches I am contemplating on training them more, my canopy is not as filled in as hoped. All plants are just starting to show flowers. My question is do I have enough time to continue training? If I bend them more will I just hurt my yield? When is the tell tale sign of when to stop training? Thank you for reading and hope to hear from you my attached photos are a couple from day 1 training and a top view of how they are now 5 days later

So I am training the middle closest plant in these top view pictures (sour spyder) only. Idk if the others will benifit from it and am trying just the one this harvest. So I will be continuing traing at week 4. They seem to be reacting great and have already turned up twords the light again in about 10 hours. Buds are really staring to appear on the plants and can't wait to see what the future holds. Also I will be posting and extensive grow guide along with pictures and links to my YouTube video of the timelapse of all the pictures taken throughout the grow once my grow is fully completed

I really don't think a little training hurts anything. If you can keep all the bud sites relatively at the same height you can keep your light that much lower..

Plants look good man, keep it rolling :Sharing One:

The More training the better.

I used to go nuts with training, never stop. I Train them to get the light to hit all the budsites. Ill tie down every branch to open them up, then cut the ties off in flower let them do there thing(they kinda stay in place), then put new ties near the end of flower to open them up even more to get light to the very bottom buds. Be careful when doing this though. the older they get the less the stems bend. So I end up putting more ties on a single branch in flower so one tie isnt stressing it to the point of snapping in that spot.

Hope the ramble makes sense! :D

day 45 update

Day 45 from seed and looking amazing. Some reacted better to the lst than others but I looked more deeply into the genetics of the seeds and the sour spyder are f1. One is gonna be a nice producer one is medium with VIVID purple buds and the others are more sea of green style with some colorful hues. Can't wait till next grow already. Going to be getting better genetics for those huge yields! Anyway thx for checking out my grow ill keep ya updated and feel free to ask questions. Soon ill be posting a detailed grow journal
