New Grower LST

@Son Of Hobbes. Thanks man! Okay i am doing a grow and just started to do a little LST to three of my Autoxtremes, my main question is once you have tied down the main stem and side stems, and what stage do you adjust and do you remove original strings or like just add more? any help would be great!!!!!
