Lighting Lumichrome 155W bulb

I was going through some old stuff and came across this light. It is advertised as a light for people with Seasonal affective disorder. Its supposed to mimic real sunlight. Can this lamp be used for seedlings?
Because it is older technology I wonder if it will cost a fortune to run.

They should, those fluorescent bulbs can get quite close. I would start at 12" . Might need some more yellow light for flower as those are 6500k colour. Might need a 2700k to balance it out, which could just be a 30w CFL for one plant. If you are on a budget though you should get bud.
