Hey,
I'm growing my first -ever grow, a Indica-dominant strain Chocolate Orange, a new 2015 breed by Dr Krippling. It's Black Domina x Critical Mass x Cream Mandarin.
I have a Mars 300 (60 x 5w) LED light a foot away from the plant on a 20/4 schedule. Passive intake and 8" extraction but dialled down, internal circulation fan (clip-on) and a ceramic fan heater.
It's in a 20 litre (5 gallon) air-pot with Plant Magic Soil Supreme with added perlite (25%) and dolomite lime (1 cup). Was cracked from a seed in a seperate tub of Soil Supreme, and transplanted after a week or so. No visible signs of stress, other than the first water caused some next-day leaf droop, the day after she had recovered and hasn't had an issue with leaf droop again.
Feed has been Plant Magic myzo granules & rooting stimulant, catalyst (rhizo), bio-silicon, and grow. Very low doses of around 1ml per litre, except rooting stimulant which is around 2ml/l. Feeding has been weekly as the soil has retained moisture and I don't want to overwater. Runoff to 20% to prevent salt buildup. Water is tap water left to stand for 24+ hours to dechlorinate. No PH testing but I'm in a soft water area.
It's in an indoor tent, 4' x 4' x 6.5', temps vary between 16 and 25 celsius (60-77 F). As temp drops the fan heater comes on to boost internal temperature, but it's on a dial not LCD-figure temperature.
The plant is now at the start of week four, a good lush green but she's very small. It's also supposed to be one of the quicker (if shorter) varieties. The breeder does say it's a lower-sized strain, so am I just panicking over nothing?
I have two worries: first I added too much Dolomite Lime and there's a touch of Cal-Mag overabundance, it can cause stunting and very green growth. I also worry the temps are a touch too cool.
This is a picture at DAY 26.

What do you guys think?
THANKS!!
