Finally somebody said it, i was always wondering about the mystery swinging around here on AFN, but shared it once and got dissed for it.

I was in the great fungus gnat war... between Jan and March last year... No clay pebble gonna stop them little fuckers and none came to our rescue only good old sand will rip them wings apart, clingfilm round the holes in your pots and 2 machine gun nest just to be safe.

I got my maples praying in veg at about the 1.3 - 1.5 ec... that is flood and drain with a 2 feedings cycle

got them up to 2.4 / 2.6 in flower before I saw a little nute burn

got them up to 2.4 / 2.6 in flower before I saw a little nute burn

i tend to go 1.4 in veg up to 2.2 tops in flower never seen 2.6 i will say my maple seems to be the happyist of the bunch :smoking:

2.6 was following a full remo dose with all the bottles... the remo line up seems to have its own E.C scale compared to other lines. It comes in a lot higher than what you read as recommended when following the remo chart. Its something I'm working at the moment with my note books to see if I can't work out my own scale... I'm not sure but I might even change nute lines, I got to do an order very soon and for the price I might consider the change. I fancy a go at canna next... what line are you running @stoney T ?

haha im on advanced but its to expensive so funny you should say that i was about to buy the whole canna line on saterday but plans changed so thursday now i was only doing this cause i cant get remo so easily and canna seem to do the job and for a monement i was almost going to be using snopp doggs premium nutes ( yes thats the actual name ) it would have been sponsered by my buddy who is doing sales for them but was going to take to long to work out the details and i need stuff now! in all fairness a diferent freind has been using it for a year and it works just fine no defs hard frosty nugs and 150 quid for the set but only last twos grows seems a bit quick sorry for the rant long story short lets jump into canna together

you got me sold, canna it is then...that's one of the reasons for swapping I can get canna from my local hydro store but have to order remo.

sounds good mate only downside iv heard about canna which im sure you have seen too as we both have interest in a certain breeder who runs canna it can lack in the smells and taste a bit just from what iv read never had any bud grown with it to my knowledge but i think this is just part of running coco in a near full hydro setup compared to organics intresting to see what our thoughts will be me who has used advanced only since i started and you who has a bit more range of experiance have you ever tried organics or will the florganics be your first also
