I finally succeeded in my first Meph drop. How you folks deal with that stressful experience on the regular, well, y'all are better folks than me. Probably won't do that again. That was ridiculous!

That was worse than usual. Most drops it’s just rapid-fire, get in and get out. Today there were hiccups in even opening, then not all packs showed up, then it crashed BUT came back up a minute or two later and you could order again. This was bumpy even for a Meph sale.

Like @LearningMore sai, most drops aren't like this. This is actually the first drop that I ever experienced the site shutting down and opening back up. I'm guessing whoever job was it to go live dropped the ball and didn't release the 7pk Wookie Special, so they reopened. At least I hope that was the issue. Hopefully @stan_mephisto will offer some transparency into it, cus it definitely killed my vibe lol Shit happens, if I missed out on Wookie Special, than so be it. There will be others.

I totally get that. My issues where a bit different, but mostly the same. I only went looking for the WS 7 pack. It refused to add it to my cart for a few minutes. That was nerve wracking. When it finally did, it showed 2 in there. I deleted one so someone else could get lucky.

Stock came back up after it crashed. Wookie went from 3 only to both packs

that's pretty much how they all have gone for me. scored on the very 1st one, nothing since.

at about 14 after, stock showed up. i put skywalker & wookie in the cart, and it went down hill from there. wouldn't load the check out page, site kept going down, refresh refresh refresh, then the maintenance page popped up. game over.

This opening was not our smoothest that is for sure. We tried a different opening procedure in order to smooth out the site cache that happens when disabling the maintenance page. The result was another unforeseen problem. Me and the rest of the team are not happy with how Tuesday went, boss came in and cracked heads so hopefully we will see some improvement next opening.

If you did manage to get an order in you will likely see extras freebies in your order to help ease the frustration of another poor opening.

I'm happy that everyone that got in orders will be stoked for the extra freebies, but coming from someone that completely got dicked over, it feels like a slap in the face. I mean, there's nothing that can be done to make everyone happy. At least something was done, thanks for the update @stan_mephisto
