MC 2.0 doses?

Well I can say I safely say I have atleast 2 different pheno types and 2 different genetics. Both between 20- 25 days and both have accepted MC2.0 at 4.5 grams/gal .*
Are you adding anything else? I add 2g per gal of Cal-Mag and 1g per gal of Sweet Candy with Version 1. I scaled back the Cal-Mag to 1.75g per gal with version 2, But I will reduce to 1g per gal, next time and see the stregth. I assume I can safely reduce it, as I see so much Calcium in the version 2.

Actually, a little tip burn is no big deal. If it was progressive or major then it is an issue. Otherwise, that is just telling you that is the max and to back off a little. Some phenos can take more than others. Some plants can take more than others. I know 1.2 EC is about the max I need to go with Version 2. I will try 1.1EC on the next plants coming up. I may decrease the CMP and see if any deficiency happens.
What if you were over fed so much that your skin burned? Ya know, just a little bit, lol. True, it's no big deal to some people, but I bet if you asked the plant, it's a big deal, lol. It's all about learning the plant. Autos are almost indestructible though. People burn the heck out their plants and run nutes at 1000ppms from seedling to harvest. Try that with a photo period and I almost guarantee it will herm in flower. The goal is perfectly healthy, plants. That's the only way to get flower to it's full potential. Every stress and leaf burn takes away from the end product.

I have grown Thousands of plants. Autos and Photos. Minor tip burn is not stressful. A plant with mild tip burn will not make a plant Hermie. If your minor tip burn progresses, then your Autos could be effected. if Coco plants dry out one time too much you can get tip burn. That doesn't mean you are overfeeding. For an AGGRESSIVE grower like me, when trying a new Nutrient, my goal is to find the amount that gives minor tip burn in veg around week 3 and adjust as needed downward. I feed multiple times per day, in small pots of Coco. I see results fast. There is a major difference between Minor tip burn And burned. Also, an experienced grower knows to wait for the plants to be large enough to push the strength. If you burn a seedling, that is your own fault. Minor tip burn on a 4 week old plant will not effect the outcome of the plant. That just tells you to not go above that strength, even in flower, and to back off a tad when adding supplements. If you have ever TESTED Nutrients for a company, which I have tested for many, they want you to find the max amount that gives MINOR tip burn and adjust down. That is the only way to know the Max strength. Good luck. Peace, slowandeasy

So I have a giant bag of MC still. But I just got a smaller ordered up of the new version to try. It says it has increased many things. So has anyone tried mixing this stuff and using it? I will have to experiment a little, as I use some of the Additiives with the original version. May not need as much SC, BE, or CMP? Probably no BE for me with these formula, it is strong. Hopefully reduce my CMP use too. I will report Strength and pH once it comes and I make up a jug. I will do a nice side by side too. Peace, slowandeasy

I've been straggling on starting my first marijuana plant I have no idea that planting would be this complicated, a lot of things to consider. I'm trying to grow this https://blimburnseeds.com/cannabis/original/feminized. I decided to grow my own just for personal use and it's been very effective on treating my chronic back pain

Congratulation on finding us here at AFN. I looked at this link and I "think" these are photoperiod seed that are feminized. That is great. Most new growers do not know that each of us started out where you are now. Confused and unsure where and how to start. It is a learning experience and we never stop learning. It is a joy to watch these ladies grow. There are some questions I have and I would like to have some conversations with you. I will start a "conversation" with you. Then if you wish we can continue. It will be all ok.

It’s only as complicated as we make it, try to remember it’s a weed that grows around the world. Don’t get overwhelmed by all the different growing techniques, lights, and nutrients. Start a journal over in the New Grower section, tag me and other growers in and I would be glad to help where I can and that would be a great place to discuss just how complicated or simple you want your first grow to be. I recommend the simple route, even if that’s not how I usually wind up doing things. Find what works for you and your growing environment and subscribe to the K.I.S.S. method.

Great advice!

I'm running MC 2.0 now for the first time. the only thing I am adding is Cal/Mag. Love the simplicity of mixing 1 thing.
