MegaCrop Cloudy reservoir and excess residue.

New to MC and reservoirs in general, but the sample of MC 2.0 is finally seeing action (drip DTW). I make up 3 gal of MC every 2-3 days, chill it below 68F w/ frozen bottles while it bubbles. Even after sitting for 2-3 days of use, there is no smell or cloudiness - again new system (clean). It is very possible that if you've had bacterial/organic growth, it's now in all of the drainage lines, air-stones, water pumps, etc. While it's appearance may be transient, it's very unlikely to ever be fully eradicated, just kept in-check...until conditions change of course.

And we cant just inject the plants,

No but you can foliar feed Cal-Mag, to what effect I'm not certain - but you can rapidly address it.

I used an airstone from my act setup in my nutrient stock solution-which was just nutes-no bennies added. Must be some bacteria from my airstone. It was red and stringy in the solition and mostly clung to the bucket until aggetated so i just scooped my feed of the top and didnt prestir.

Just in case any future growers run in to this issue and want a possible solution. I am going to implement this underwater filter to my set up. Im hoping it will solve all my issues via filtering, as my waterfall filter works great now. Just wish it was bigger. Via water movement to stop water from becoming stagnent and via oxidation to keep DO levels high. I will follow up in a few weeks with a good verdict I hope lol.

Load your system with beneficial bacteria. This will prevent any nasties getting a foothold.
I make a beneficial 'Tea' for my RDWC and have zero issues using MC 2.0, Sweet Candy, Cal Mag Pro and Bud Explosion.
My water runs clear (with a slight brown tint from the nutrients)
Here are 2 pictures - first one is mid-growth and the second is when I was harvesting:
