I wanted to show this pic to clarify a post on @A-Train thread "A-Train's Mephisto/GBD Autoflower Mix Adventures....2018 Limited Edition and Artisinal Strains Test." and didn't want to hijack the thread. This pic is the result of my impatience and "feeling" that something needs to be added when using water only soil! I live and learn as well as visiting AFN frequently, what a great community!

I wanted to post the 24 Carat alone so the leaf deformity is visible, any ideas let me know.

Thanks Arch, I'm concerned because last grow I had one that exhibited strange leaf pattern at this same stage, and like you I thought no big deal at this stage but that plant died a strange death. It looked like something just severed it just under the surface of the soil. Being relatively new to all of this I am starting to observe more "little" things and wonder, what caused it, how can I prevent it, and how do I proceed? I don't want 24 Carat to go belly up because I've wanted to grow this one for quite a while. I'll just watch it and see what happens for now, I really appreciate your input.
