Grow Mediums Mephisto Fantasmo Express & Chem de la Chem

Calmag isn't enough with coco and using Leds you will need epsom salts. Put a table spoon full into your res 40 litres at around 4 wks in veg and then again 4 wks into flower that should be enough for rest of grow.

I disagree! I using Cal/mag half strengh and full coco with LED and no deficiencie.

I suppose it does depend on nutrients used and strain and also if you have soft or hard water. But I use calmag at full strength and will start to see mag def at around 4 wks into veg. As coco stops the plants from assorbing magnesium. Epsom salts dissolved in water foliar spray. Job sorted.

Day 44

The girls have stop stretching so much and flowers are starting to develop more. Fantasmo is looking pretty rough for her age but she seems to have stopped lightening up. CDLC is still a lot smaller but is way healthier. I'll start adding AN Overdrive tomorrow.
I definitely have a slightly different game plan for next grow. The Fantasmo has been one of my worst plants in years. (Of course on my first journal.) Oh well, I have much better idea of what the plants want and when with coco now.

Your Fantasmo will do the Job great, I have a Plant last Grows ago looking way worse and she produce great... I will Add Cal/Mag when i was you. Your PH Pen correct calibrated? It looks also like a nitrogen deficiencie.

Your CDLC looks great

Checked my ph meter last night actually. It was off by .1 so not to big a deal. It's been challenging trying to balance the two plants. I'm trying not to push the CDLC to much further than what I'm running right now. Everytime I try and up my base I can tell she doesn't like it, and obviously the Fantasmo needs more. Hopefully I can find the sweet spot for the next grow. This is my first time using Heavy nutrients as well so trying to figure all this new stuff out has been challenging. Even though things haven't gone as planned this grow I'm still loving coco and the autopots. Definitely something I would love to master. The amount of growth and the size of my stalks have impressed me. I just need to improve my skills and things will blow up.

Fantismo has a magnesium lockout. Get some epsom salts from chemist don't cost much. Add table spoon into a litre of warm water don't matter about ph. Shake till dissolved and put into spray bottle. Give a good soak with lights on. And you will see a difference in 2 days. Your leaves will start to go a nice green.

I mixed up a teaspoon per gallon yesterday and gave her a couple foliar feedings. You're advising to mix a tablespoon per liter? @Ste8151

Well tablespoon in 4 litres is a little weak. But see if you see any change in couple of days. If no change then a stronger mix is needed. Do the leafs have dark green vains and yellowing leafs.

Yeah, green veins and yellowing leaf. I was thinking it was a Mag deficiency to. I just can't seem to get on top of it. Things start to look better, but now they are lightening up. I'll try the teaspoon/L and see what happens. It's not like it could get much worse. Thanks mate.
