To achieve that .5% solution ... how much Epsom Salts to a qt/L of water ?

1/2 teaspoon to a quart of water with a few drops of natural liquid hand soap. We have Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day hand soap and I use this. A horticultural soap is good, but any natural dish soap should work.

After a little research I'd say Wet Betty would replace the soap w/o any problems ...

As long as the foliage spray has a wetting agent to assist the absorption of the Epsom Salts. The hand soap makes the foliage spray wetter. It just doesn't roll off the leaves.

Great going BayLee... #2 is going to give you some great weed, I've had a couple that were #2s and they wound up rivaling their sisters... sometimes fatter buds and higher yields...
